Job Description

Sigil Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Recruiter to join our recruiting team and support technical searches across manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, and related disciplines.

We are looking for someone who already understands the manufacturing talent market and can independently recruit engineers and technical professionals across plant, production, automation, quality, maintenance, and product environments.

• Manufacturing & Process Engineers
• Controls & Automation Engineers
• Electrical & Mechanical Engineers
• Quality & Industrial Engineers
• Maintenance & Reliability Engineers
• Project Engineers & Engineering Managers
• Production & Operations Leadership
• Robotics & Mechatronics Engineers
• Product Development Engineers

Our clients span automotive, industrial equipment, automation, aerospace & defense, electronics, energy, and advanced manufacturing.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and manufacturing searches
• Source and engage passive technical candidates
• Conduct detailed candidate screens covering technical experience, compensation, location, and motivation
• Present qualified candidates with clear submission notes
• Partner closely with sales throughout the search process
• Build pipelines within key manufacturing and engineering disciplines
• Maintain accurate candidate and activity records in our ATS
• Provide market feedback on compensation, geography, and candidate availability

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within agency or search
• Significant experience recruiting manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or automation talent
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive technical candidates
• Strong understanding of engineering titles, terminology, and manufacturing environments
• Experience across IT disciplines (Data, AI, Cloud, Development, Product) would be a strong plus
• Exceptional candidate qualification skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches independently
• Strong written and verbal communication
